Pollys - Tropical By Nature Black IPA (6.8%)
Naturally, we've gone Sabro heavy with this beer, as we feel the coconut sweetness plays off those roasty characteristics perfectly. Where do you go from there though? Pyramid dry hop is where you go! We've layered this beer with gradually smaller additions of Citra and Mosaic, resulting in your usual Polly's full-on tropical explosion of flavour haze-bomb, but presented in a dark beer.
